About Pergel Hassas İşleme
A machining subcontractor in Gebze since 2004.
Pergel Hassas İşleme was founded in Gebze in 2004 with two CNC lathes. Today its team of 45 does turning, milling, grinding and wire EDM under one roof.
We have no products of our own; we make parts to our customers' drawings. That puts reading the drawing correctly, asking about anything unclear at quotation and delivering measured parts at the centre of our work.
Most of our output goes to machinery, hydraulics and automotive makers in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland and Czechia. Our project managers correspond in English and German.

How we work
Drawing review
At quotation we check tolerances, material and surface requirements and ask about anything unclear in writing.
First article inspection
The first part is measured in full on the coordinate measuring machine and reported.
In-process control
Operators measure critical dimensions at the frequency in the control plan; series parts are charted for SPC.
Final inspection and documents
Before shipment, final inspection follows a sampling plan; the requested documents travel with the batch.
