Sample project · Pergel Hassas İşleme is a fictional company. Made by Liman Studio.

We make the part on your drawing, within tolerance and on time.

Pergel Hassas İşleme makes precision parts in Gebze, from one-offs to series, by CNC turning, 5-axis milling, grinding and wire EDM. Most parts go to machine builders in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland and Czechia.

Hydraulic manifold: from three setups to one

We moved a hydraulic system maker's manifold to a single 5-axis setup; scrap fell from 4.1% to 0.5%.

Measured, then shipped

We show that a part matches its drawing by measuring it. Every new part goes through first article inspection; in series production, critical dimensions are measured to the control plan and records are kept by batch number.

  1. Drawing review At quotation we check tolerances, material and surface requirements and ask about anything unclear in writing.
  2. First article inspection The first part is measured in full on the coordinate measuring machine and reported.
  3. In-process control Operators measure critical dimensions at the frequency in the control plan; series parts are charted for SPC.
  4. Final inspection and documents Before shipment, final inspection follows a sampling plan; the requested documents travel with the batch.

How we measure

Certificates

  • ISO 9001 quality management system

    ISO 9001:2015

Quoting, production, inspection and shipping follow written procedures, audited every year by an independent body. For the buyer, every batch is made under the same traceable system.

  • IATF 16949 automotive quality management

    IATF 16949:2016

The quality system for the automotive supply chain: PPAP, control plans, FMEA and statistical process control. For the buyer, series parts are made with an approved process and measured capability.

Questions buyers ask

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum. We make prototypes and one-offs too; the unit price falls as quantity rises. Typical batches are 50 to 5,000 pieces.

Which drawing formats do you accept?

A toleranced PDF drawing plus a 3D model (STEP) works best; DXF and IGES are fine too. The quote form takes no uploads: add a share link or send the files by email.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Tick the NDA box in the quote form; we sign and return your agreement before opening the drawings.

How fast do I get a quote?

Usually within 2 working days if drawing and quantities are complete. For complex parts we come back first with manufacturability questions.

What are your lead times?

1–2 weeks for prototypes, 3–5 weeks for a first series order. If heat treatment or coating is needed, we state it separately in the quote.

Do you supply the material?

Yes, we buy material with EN 10204 3.1 certificates. You can also send your own material.

Do you handle coating and heat treatment?

Anodising, zinc-nickel, black oxide, electroless nickel, passivation and heat treatment are done by long-standing partners; we deliver the finished part.

How do you deliver abroad?

To Europe mostly by road, on FCA Gebze or DAP terms. Documents are in English, or German on request.

Have a drawing?

Send it with the quantity you need. We check manufacturability and quote complete drawings within 2 working days.
